Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WAR4.WORLD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

WAR4.WORLD is a digital platform that allows users to purchase, own, and trade virtual tiles on a world map grid using USDT-backed internal credits. Each tile is a digital collectible with no real-world property rights attached. The platform operates on BNB Smart Chain (BSC) via the War4Core smart contract.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and phone number. Both email and phone verification are required before you can access wallet features, make purchases, or withdraw funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not share your account with others.

4. Credit System and USDT Deposits

WAR4.WORLD operates on an internal credit system backed 1:1 by USDT held in the War4Core smart contract. 1 WAR4 credit = 1 USDT at all times.

Deposits: Each user receives a unique BSC (BEP-20) deposit address. USDT sent to this address is automatically detected and credited to your account after blockchain confirmation at a 1:1 rate with no deposit fees. Minimum deposit is 5 USDT.

Important: Only send USDT (BEP-20) to your deposit address. Sending other tokens or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. WAR4.WORLD is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks.

5. Withdrawals

Credits can be withdrawn as USDT to a whitelisted BSC address. The withdrawal process requires:

  • A pre-approved whitelisted destination address (verified via email + phone 2FA)
  • Fresh email and phone verification for each withdrawal request
  • Minimum withdrawal: 10 credits

A small fixed network fee (~1 USDT) is deducted from the withdrawn amount to cover blockchain gas costs. The remaining USDT is sent to your whitelisted address on BSC. Withdrawals are processed automatically and typically confirm within 15-60 seconds.

WAR4.WORLD is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion, network issues, or incorrect destination addresses provided by the user.

6. Tile Ownership

Tile ownership is virtual and does not confer any real-world property rights. All tiles remain subject to the takeover system — any tile can be purchased by another user at any time by paying the current listed price. Pricing tiers: standard land tiles start at 5 credits, ocean tiles at 3 credits, and landmark tiles at 10 credits. The price doubles after each successful sale.

7. Platform Fees

The following fees apply to WAR4.WORLD operations:

  • Deposit fee: None. 1:1 USDT to credit conversion.
  • Withdrawal network fee: ~1 USDT fixed fee to cover blockchain gas costs
  • First sale fee: 100% of the purchase price goes to the platform on unowned tiles
  • Resale fee: 10% of the price increase (delta above the previous acquisition price)

All fees are non-refundable. Fee rates may be adjusted with prior notice to users. Current fee rates are always displayed before you confirm any transaction.

8. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts without notice. See our Content Policy for details.

9. Account Security and Lockout

Accounts are protected by password authentication, session management, and CSRF tokens. After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and keeping your credentials secure. WAR4.WORLD will never ask for your password outside the login page.

10. Smart Contract and Blockchain Risks

WAR4.WORLD uses the War4Core smart contract deployed on BNB Smart Chain. While the contract is designed with security best practices (reentrancy guards, access control, pausability), blockchain technology carries inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Smart contract vulnerabilities that may not be discovered until exploited
  • Blockchain network congestion or downtime
  • Changes in blockchain protocol or network rules
  • Loss of funds due to user error (wrong address, wrong network)

WAR4.WORLD is not responsible for losses resulting from smart contract bugs, blockchain issues, or user errors in managing their external wallets and addresses.

11. Limitation of Liability

WAR4.WORLD is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform use, including credit losses, missed opportunities, blockchain transaction failures, or smart contract issues. Use the platform at your own risk.

12. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via platform notification or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
